More than a service

The Right Environment Changes Everything

We believe the right environment changes everything. Our Cranbourne home is not just a house. It is a stable, family-style home where women can build confidence, routine, and independence in their own time.

Unlike large providers with rotating staff and dozens of properties, we focus on one home and put everything into doing it well. Support here is consistent, personal, and grounded in genuine care. Just 1–3 women. One dedicated team. No agency staff.

We work closely with Community Mental Health, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists and Psychiatrists.

Real Support. Real Change.

After years of instability, Dora wanted more than just a provider. She wanted a home. FAQs

Common Questions

Can I visit before deciding?

Absolutely. We welcome tours so you can meet our team and experience the home firsthand.

How many people live in the home?

Just 1–3 women at a time. We keep things intentionally small for a close-knit, personalised environment.

Can I meet the housemates before moving in?

Yes. We encourage potential participants to meet current housemates before committing, so everyone feels comfortable from the start.

What if I live outside Cranbourne?

Many participants come from nearby areas including Dandenong, Frankston, and Clyde. We make every transition smooth and stress-free.

What is the difference between SIL, STA, and MTA?

SIL is long-term supported living. STA is short-term respite for a few days to a couple of weeks. MTA is transitional housing, usually several weeks to 90 days, while you wait for permanent housing. Which type suits you depends on your NDIS funding and goals. Contact us and we will help you work it out.
